Louisa Elizabeth Noel was the daughter of Sir Gerard Noel Noel, 2nd Bt. and Diana Middleton, Baroness Barham.2 She married William Henry Hoare, son of Henry Hoare and Lydia Henrietta Mallortie, on 10 February 1807.1 She died on 6 April 1816.1
