     Major Nathaniel Duncan Spry Grant-Dalton was born on 24 July 1922.² He was the son of Lt.-Col. Duncan Grant-Dalton and Gwavas May Spry.^1,2 He married Valentia Eveleigh-de Moleyns, daughter of Hon. Francis Alexander Innys Eveleigh-de Moleyns and Norah Caroline Hudson, on 19 September 1950.¹ He died on 25 August 2004 at age 82, from a heart attack while walking his dogs.²
     He was educated at Clifton College, Clifton, Bristol, England^G.² He was commissioned in 1942, in the service of the Royal Artillery.² He fought in the Second World War, in the Western Desert and Italy.² He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Horse Artillery.¹ He retired from the military in 1959, with the rank of Major, late of the Royal Horse Artillery.² He held the office of High Sheriff of Cornwall in 1986.¹

     Kevin Duncan Spry Grant-Dalton was born on 23 December 1952.¹ He is the son of Major Nathaniel Duncan Spry Grant-Dalton and Valentia Eveleigh-de Moleyns.² He married Amanda Charlton de Smitt, daughter of F. E. de Smitt, in 1980.¹
     He was educated at Radley College, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹

     F. E. de Smitt lived at Wimbledon, London, England^G.¹

     Amanda Charlton de Smitt is the daughter of F. E. de Smitt.² She married Kevin Duncan Spry Grant-Dalton, son of Major Nathaniel Duncan Spry Grant-Dalton and Valentia Eveleigh-de Moleyns, in 1980.¹
     From 1980, her married name became Grant-Dalton.¹

     Samuel Duncan Spry Grant-Dalton was born in 1985.¹ He is the son of Kevin Duncan Spry Grant-Dalton and Amanda Charlton de Smitt.²
