     Colonel Frederick William Mullins was born at Burnham, Norfolk, EnglandG.1 He married Jane Eveleigh, daughter of Reverend John Eveleigh.1 He died on 3 November 1712.1
     He emigrated to IrelandG arriving on circa 1666 and bought land in County Kerry, renaming the town Ballingolin as Burnham after his Norfolk birthplace.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Dingle [Ireland] between 1692 and 1695.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Tralee [Ireland] from 1694 to 1696.1
