     Her married name became Morison.¹ From 3 July 1824, her married name became McDonald.¹

     Alexander McDonald married Maria Elphinstone, daughter of John Elphinstone of Glack and Maria Prudence Robertson, on 3 July 1824 at St. Thomas, Bombay, India^G.¹

     Colonel James Morison was born in 1790.¹ He married Maria Elphinstone, daughter of John Elphinstone of Glack and Maria Prudence Robertson.¹ He died in 1865.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Madras Army.¹

     Falkiner John Minchin was born on 15 November 1831.¹ He was the son of William Minchin and Georgina Minchin.¹ He married, firstly, Margaret Mary Anne Reilly, daughter of William Adams Reilly, on 15 July 1858.¹ He married, secondly, Louisa Margaret Auchmuty, daughter of Reverend Samuel Forbes Auchmuty, on 26 September 1893.¹ He died in August 1916 at age 84.¹
