She was the daughter of Algernon Bertram Freeman-Mitford, 1st Baron Redesdale and Lady Clementina Gertrude Helen Ogilvy.2 She married George Edward Wentworth Bowyer, 1st Baron Denham, son of Lt.-Col. Wentworth Grenville Bowyer and Eva Mary Lane, on 27 February 1919.1 She died in April 1996 at age 100.1
     Her married name became Bowyer. After her marriage, Hon. Daphne H. M. Freeman-Mitford was styled as Baroness Denham on 24 May 1937.

     Edmund de Ros, 10th Lord de Ros of Helmsley was the son of Thomas de Ros, 9th Lord de Ros of Helmsley and Philippa Tiptoft. He died on 15 October 1508, unmarried.1
     In 1485 he was restored to his title (but not his estates) after King Heny VII's accession.1 He succeeded as the 10th Lord de Ros of Helmsley [E., 1299] in 1485.1
