Elizabeth Biddulph was the daughter of Nicholas Biddulph and Elizabeth Dempsey.1 She married, firstly, Jonathan Willington, son of Jonathan Willington and Mary Drought, on 22 July 1789, with issue.1 She married, secondly, Sir Robert Waller, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Robert Waller, 1st Bt. and Catherine Moore, on 9 January 1806.1 She died in 1851.1
From 22 July 1789, her married name became Willington.1 From 9 January 1806, her married name became Waller.1 Margaret Biddulph left her moiety of the estates of Rathrobin, Tullamore, County Offaly, IrelandG, and Fortal to her cousin Elizabeth Biddulph in her will.1

Sir Robert Waller, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1768.2 He was the son of Sir Robert Waller, 1st Bt. and Catherine Moore.2,3 He married, firstly, Mary Bernard, daughter of Thomas Bernard, on 29 April 1796.2 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Biddulph, daughter of Nicholas Biddulph and Elizabeth Dempsey, on 9 January 1806.1 He died on 5 June 1826, without issue.2
He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Waller, of Newport, co. Tipperary [I., 1780] in August 1780.2 He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 Between 1811 and 1824, Francis Harrison Biddulph and Sir Robert Waller, 2nd Bt. were in a protracted dispute in regard to the Rathrobin, Tullamore, County Offaly, IrelandG, and Fortal estates on the death of his cousin Margaret, Mrs. Bernard who had left her portion of the estates to Elizabeth, the wife of Sir Robert Waller, 2nd Bt., The dispute was eventually solved by a compromise giving Rathrobin, Tullamore, County Offaly, IrelandG, to Francis Harrison Biddulph, while Fortal went to his cousin Nicholas Biddulph, of Congor.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of King's County in 1826.2
