Colonel Hon. Richard St. Leger was born on 12 July 1756.2 He was the son of St. Leger St. Leger, 1st Viscount Doneraile and Mary Barry.1,3 He married, firstly, Anne Blakeney, daughter of Charles Blakeney and Bridget Gunning, on 20 July 1779.2 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Bullen, daughter of Daniel Robert Bullen, on 1 October 1809.2 He died on 30 December 1840 at age 84.1
