Sir William Richard Powlett Geary, 3rd Bt. is the son of Sir William Geary, 2nd Bt. and Henrietta Nevil. He married Louisa Bruce, daughter of Hon. Charles Andrew Bruce and Charlotte Sophia Dashwood, on 14 July 1835.1
He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Geary [G.B., 1782] in 1825.

Lady Charlotte Martha Bruce was born on 28 May 1771.2 She was the daughter of Charles Bruce, 9th Earl of Kincardine and Martha Whyte.1 She married Admiral Sir Philip Charles Durham, son of Thomas Durham, 5th of Largo and Polton and Ann Calderwood, on 28 March 1797.1,2 She died on 21 February 1816 at age 44.1,2

Admiral Sir Philip Charles Durham was baptised on 29 July 1763 at Largo, Fife, Scotland.2 He was the son of Thomas Durham, 5th of Largo and Polton and Ann Calderwood.2 He married Lady Charlotte Martha Bruce, daughter of Charles Bruce, 9th Earl of Kincardine and Martha Whyte, on 28 March 1797.1,3 He married Anne Elizabeth Henderson, daughter of Sir John Henderson, 5th Bt., in 1817.3 He died on 2 April 1845 at age 81 at Naples, Italy.3,4
