Sir Charles William Fremantle and Sophia Smith.1 He married Margaret Griselda Wedderburn, daughter of Sir William Wedderburn, 4th Bt. and Mary Blanche Hoskyns, on 19 April 1906.1 He died in July 1952 at age 74.1
