     Thomas Odell was the son of John Odell and Anne FitzMaurice.1 He married Constance Fennell, daughter of Robert Fennell, in 1742.1,2 He died between October 1761 and July 1763, without issue.1 His will (dated 29 October 1761) was proven (by probate) on 6 July 1763.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Limerick Militia.2

     From 1742, her married name became Odell.1
