     F/O Basil Alexander Cochrane was born on 12 August 1929.¹ He was the son of Commander Alexander Francis Cochrane and Osma Rosina Heather Cochrane.² He died on 3 May 1952 at age 22 at Malaysia^G, missing and believed killed through a premature explosion of ammunition while leading an anti-bandit strike.¹
     He gained the rank of Flying Officer in the Royal Air Force.¹ He fought in the Malayan Emergency.¹

     Frances Morgan is the daughter of Sir Edward Morgan, 3rd Bt. and Mary Baskerville.¹ She married Edmund Bray, son of Sir Reginald Bray and Jane Rainton, on 16 December 1697.¹
     From 16 December 1697, her married name became Bray.¹

     From 21 July 1933, her married name became Cochrane.

     Sir Edward Morgan, 3rd Bt. is the son of Sir Edward Morgan, 2nd Bt. He married Mary Baskerville, daughter of Humphrey Baskerville.²
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Morgan, of Llantarnam, co. Monmouth.¹

     Hilda Mary Daubeny Wemyss was the daughter of Colonel Francis Charteris Wemyss and Louisa Ann Daubeny.^2,1 She married Ean Francis Cecil, son of Lord Francis Horace Pierrepont Cecil and Edith Brooks, on 12 December 1901.¹ She died on 13 July 1939.¹

     Caroline Mary Cochrane was the daughter of Basil Edward Arthur Cochrane and Sally Caroline FitzGerald.² She married Reverend Lionel Corbett on 25 October 1871.¹ She died on 28 April 1915.¹

     Reverend Lionel Corbett married Caroline Mary Cochrane, daughter of Basil Edward Arthur Cochrane and Sally Caroline FitzGerald, on 25 October 1871.¹ He died on 20 June 1905.¹
     He was the Rector at Hampton Bishop, Herefordshire, England^G.¹

     Helen Frances Cochrane was the daughter of Basil Edward Arthur Cochrane and Sally Caroline FitzGerald.² She died on 31 October 1940, unmarried.¹

     Margaret Grizel Cochrane was the daughter of Basil Edward Arthur Cochrane and Sally Caroline FitzGerald.² She married Hugh Penry Powell on 13 February 1884.¹ She died, aged 101.¹
