Anne Monica Georgiana Tempest-Hicks was the daughter of Brig.-Gen. Henry Tempest-Hicks.1 She married Thomas Hall Rokeby Plumer, 2nd Viscount Plumer, son of Field Marshal Herbert Charles Onslow Plumer, 1st Viscount Plumer and Annie Constance Goss, on 26 July 1919.1 She died on 2 May 1963.1
