Evelyn Augusta Rowley was born circa 1868.2 She was the daughter of Colonel Hon. Hercules Langford Boyle Rowley and Louisa Jane Campbell.2 She married Major Edward Milner, son of Henry Beilby William Milner and Charlotte Henrietta Beresford, on 19 January 1897.1 She died on 7 August 1932.1

Arthur Langford Sholto Rowley, 8th Baron Langford of Summerhill was born on 10 December 1870.2 He was the son of Colonel Hon. Hercules Langford Boyle Rowley and Louisa Jane Campbell.1 He married, firstly, Margarita Ines Jameson, daughter of Hugh Robert F. Jameson, on 23 June 1908.1 He married, secondly, Maude Alice Lelacheur, daughter of Henri Lelacheur, in 1929.2 He died on 19 August 1953 at age 82, without issue.2
He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1909 in the 5th Battalion, Leinster Regiment.2 He was Consul to Tahiti and Bordeaux in 1912.2 He was Consul-General to Barcelona between 1918 and 1923.2 He was Consul-General to Antwerp between 1923 and 1930.2 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1928.2 He was Consul-General to Paris between 1930 and 1932.2 He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1932.2 He succeeded as the 8th Baron Langford of Summerhill, co. Meath [I., 1800] on 15 July 1952.2
