     Alexander Hamilton Synge was born on 5 August 1856.² He was the son of Reverend Alexander Hamilton Synge and Eugenia Money Elliott.² He married Georgina Mary Graves, daughter of Reverend Richard Drought Graves and Henrietta Katharine Leathes, in 1887.¹ He died on 15 March 1912 at age 55.²
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Northumberland Artillery Militia.² He lived at The Warren, Weybridge, Surrey, England^G.² He lived at Glanmore Castle, Ashford, County Wicklow, Ireland^G.²

     Robert Kennedy Grogan Graves was born on 1 January 1878.² He was the son of Colonel William Grogan Graves and Georgina Marshall.¹ He married Kathleen Gladys Mary Schofield, daughter of George William Schofield and Mary Fenton, on 16 October 1906.²
     He was registered as a Licentiate, Royal College of Physicians, London (L.R.C.P.)² He lived Member, Royal College of Surgeons (M.R.C.S.)² He lived at Cloghan Castle, Banagher, County Offaly, Ireland^G.¹

     Lieutenant William Geoffrey Plantagenet Graves was born on 22 May 1881.¹ He was the son of Colonel William Grogan Graves and Georgina Marshall.¹ He died on 25 April 1908 at age 26, drowned from H.M.S. Gladiator in the Solent ina collission, unmarried.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.¹

     Maj.-Gen. James William Graves was born in 1774.¹ He was the son of Very Rev. Thomas Graves and Anne Dunlevie.¹ He married Marie Victoire Black in 1802 at Trinidad^G.¹ He died on 12 March 1845 at St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands.²
     He was Colonel of the 18th Royal Irish.¹

     John Crosbie Graves was born on 2 July 1776.¹ He was the son of Very Rev. Thomas Graves and Anne Dunlevie.¹ He married Helena Perceval, daughter of Reverend Charles Perceval, in 1806.¹ He died on 13 January 1835 at age 58.¹
     He held the office of Chief Police Magistrate of Dublin.²

     Helena Perceval was born in 1786.² She was the daughter of Reverend Charles Perceval.¹ She married John Crosbie Graves, son of Very Rev. Thomas Graves and Anne Dunlevie, in 1806.¹ She died on 3 February 1850 at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England^G.²
     From 1806, her married name became Graves.

     John Thomas Graves was born in 1806.¹ He was the son of John Crosbie Graves and Helena Perceval.¹ He married Amelia Tooke, daughter of William Tooke.¹ He died on 29 March 1870, without issue.¹
     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was Professor of Jurisprudence at University College London, London, England^G.² He was a practising Barrister-at-Law.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.)¹

     Amelia Tooke is the daughter of William Tooke.¹ She married John Thomas Graves, son of John Crosbie Graves and Helena Perceval.¹
     Her married name became Graves.

     Helena Clarissa Graves was born in 1808.² She was the daughter of John Crosbie Graves and Helena Perceval.¹ She married Leopold von Ranke in 1843.¹ She died in 1871.¹
     From 1843, her married name became von Ranke.

     Leopold von Ranke was born in 1795.² He married Helena Clarissa Graves, daughter of John Crosbie Graves and Helena Perceval, in 1843.¹ He died in 1886.²
     He was Professor of History at University of Berlin, Berlin, Brandenburg, Germany^G.²
