Theodore Bernard Peregrine Hubbard was born on 19 August 1923.2 He was the son of Theodore Stephan Hubbard and Lavinia May Bertie.2 He married, firstly, Lady Miriam Fitzalan-Howard, daughter of Bernard Edward Fitzalan-Howard, 3rd Baron Howard of Glossop and Mona Josephine Tempest Stapleton, Baroness Beaumont, on 19 April 1952.2 He married, secondly, Amanda Caroline Anna Antonia Fox, daughter of William Hubert Fox, on 19 December 2000.2 He died on 9 September 2012 at age 89 at Beltrim, County Tyrone, Ireland.3
