George Vicessimus Wigram was born on 28 March 1805.1 He was the son of Sir Robert Wigram, 1st Bt. and Eleanor Watts.2,3 He married, firstly, Frances Bligh, daughter of Thomas Cherburgh Bligh and Lady Theodosia Bligh, on 23 March 1830.2 He married, secondly, Catherine Parnell, daughter of Willam Parnell-Hayes and Frances Howard, on 18 August 1835.3 He died on 1 January 1879 at age 73.2
