Sir John Colt, 3rd Bt. was baptised on 12 November 1750.1 He was the son of Rev. Sir John Dutton Colt, 2nd Bt. and Mary Powell.2 He married Mallet Langley, daughter of Captain George Langley and Hon. Mallet Vaughan, on 24 July 1774.1 He died circa June 1810.1 He was buried on 29 June 1810.1
