Rosalind Margaret Innes Grant was born on 2 December 1893.2 She was the daughter of Sir Ludovic James Grant of Dalvey, 11th Bt. and Elizabeth Ethel Graham Lancaster.1,2 She married Captain Edward Coverley Kennedy, son of Edward Briggs Kennedy and Caroline Edith Jackson, on 21 September 1918.1 She died in 1977.2

Sir Ludovic James Grant of Dalvey, 11th Bt. was born on 4 September 1862.2 He was the son of Sir Alexander Grant of Dalvey, 10th Bt. and Susan Ferrier.2,3 He married Elizabeth Ethel Graham Lancaster, daughter of Henry Hill Lancaster, on 17 July 1890.2 He died on 11 February 1936 at age 73.2
