     Lady Isabel Campbell was the daughter of Archibald Campbell, 2nd Earl of Argyll and Lady Elizabeth Stuart.1 She married Gilbert Kennedy, 2nd Earl of Cassillis, son of David Kennedy, 1st Earl of Cassillis and Agnes Borthwick.1
     After her marriage, Lady Isabel Campbell was styled as Countess of Cassillis.

Gilbert Kennedy, 2nd Earl of Cassillis1

     Gilbert Kennedy, 2nd Earl of Cassillis was the son of David Kennedy, 1st Earl of Cassillis and Agnes Borthwick.1 He married Lady Isabel Campbell, daughter of Archibald Campbell, 2nd Earl of Argyll and Lady Elizabeth Stuart.1 He was murdered between 24 August 1527 and 30 August 1527 at Pow Burn, Prestwick, Ayrshire, ScotlandG, by an unknown person , killed by Sir Hugh Campbell of Loudon.1
     He succeeded as the 4th Lord Kennedy [S., 1458] on 9 September 1513.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Earl of Cassillis [S., 1509] on 9 September 1513.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Scotland] to King James V.1 In 1525 he was tried for the murder of Martin Kennedy of Lochland in 1525, but was acquitted through the influence of his brother-in-law, the Earl of Argyll.1 In December 1526 he was a prisoner in the hands of the Douglas faction, after having joined the unsuccessful attempt of the Earl of Arran to rescue the young King James V.1

William Flower, 1st Baron Castle Durrow1

     William Flower, 1st Baron Castle Durrow was baptised on 11 March 1685.2 He was the son of Thomas Flower and Mary Temple.2 He married Edith Caulfeild, daughter of Hon. Toby Caulfeild and Rebecca Walsh, before 1710.2 He died on 29 April 1746 at age 61.1 He was buried at Finglass, County Dublin, IrelandG.2
     He matriculated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 21 July 1701.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Kilkenny between 1715 and 1727.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Portarlington [Ireland] between 1727 and 1733.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Kilkenny in 1731.2 He was created 1st Baron Castle-Durrow, co. Kilkenny [Ireland] on 27 October 1733.2 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Ireland] on 15 November 1735.2
     According to Swift, he was "a gentleman of very good sense and wit."2

     Edith Caulfeild was born circa 1694.2 She was the daughter of Hon. Toby Caulfeild and Rebecca Walsh.1,3 She married William Flower, 1st Baron Castle Durrow, son of Thomas Flower and Mary Temple, before 1710.3
     From before 1710, her married name became Flower.3 After her marriage, Edith Caulfeild was styled as Baroness Castle-Durrow on 17 October 1733.

     Hon. Toby Caulfeild was born circa 1656.2 He was the son of William Caulfeild, 1st Viscount Charlemont and Hon. Sarah Moore.3,4 He married Rebecca Walsh, daughter of Oliver Walsh, circa 1689.2 He died on 28 June 1718.2
     He gained the rank of Captain of Foot in the serving in Spain.2 He gained the rank of Colonel.4 He lived at Clone, County Kilkenny, IrelandG.3

Elizabeth Tatton1

     Elizabeth Tatton was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. William Tatton.1 She married Henry Flower, 1st Viscount Ashbrook, son of William Flower, 1st Baron Castle Durrow and Edith Caulfeild, on 9 March 1740/41.1 She died on 10 February 1759.1 She was buried on 13 February 1759 at Hillingdon, London, EnglandG. Her will (dated 27 November 1758) was proven (by probate) in February 1759.1
     From 9 March 1740/41, her married name became Flower.1 After her marriage, Elizabeth Tatton was styled as Baroness Castle-Durrow on 29 April 1746. After her marriage, Elizabeth Tatton was styled as Viscountess Ashbrook on 30 September 1751.

     William Flower, 2nd Viscount Ashbrook was born on 25 June 1744 at Castle-Durrow, County Kilkenny, IrelandG.1 He was the son of Henry Flower, 1st Viscount Ashbrook and Elizabeth Tatton.1 He married Elizabeth Ridge, daughter of Thomas Ridge, on 20 March 1766 at Northmoor, Exford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.2 He died on 30 August 1780 at age 36 at Shillingford, Berkshire, EnglandG.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Ashbrook [I., 1751] on 27 June 1752.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Castle-Durrow, co. Kilkenny [I., 1733] on 27 June 1752.1 He matriculated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 29 November 1762.1
