     Hon. Amicia Henrietta Milnes was the daughter of Richard Monckton Milnes, 1st Baron Houghton and Hon. Annabella Hungerford Crewe.1 She married Sir Gerald FitzGerald, son of Francis FitzGerald and Elenor Joyes, on 11 June 1881.1 She died on 4 July 1902.1
     From 11 June 1881, her married name became FitzGerald.1

     Sir Gerald FitzGerald was born on 1 January 1833.2 He was the son of Francis FitzGerald and Elenor Joyes.3 He married Hon. Amicia Henrietta Milnes, daughter of Richard Monckton Milnes, 1st Baron Houghton and Hon. Annabella Hungerford Crewe, on 11 June 1881.1 He died on 11 October 1912 at age 79.1
     He was Deputy Comptroller General of Military Expenditure between 1864 and 1866.2 He was Assistant Comptroller General of India in 1869.2 He was Accountant General of India between 1872 and 1877.2 He was awarded the Order of Osmanieh 3rd Class.2 He was awarded the Order of Medjidie 1st Class.2 He was Director General of Public Accounts between 1877 and 1885 at EgyptG.2 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1880.2 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.) in 1885.2 He was Accountant General of Navy and Assistant Finance Secretary between 1885 and 1896.2

     Hon. Florence Ellen Hungerford Milnes was the daughter of Richard Monckton Milnes, 1st Baron Houghton and Hon. Annabella Hungerford Crewe.1 She married Maj.-Gen. Hon. Arthur Henry Henniker-Major, son of John Henniker-Major, 4th Baron Henniker of Stratford-upon-Slaney and Anna Kerrison, on 20 June 1882.1 She died on 4 April 1923, without issue.1
     From 20 June 1882, her married name became Henniker-Major.1

     Maj.-Gen. Hon. Arthur Henry Henniker-Major was born on 3 April 1855.2 He was the son of John Henniker-Major, 4th Baron Henniker of Stratford-upon-Slaney and Anna Kerrison.2,3 He married Hon. Florence Ellen Hungerford Milnes, daughter of Richard Monckton Milnes, 1st Baron Houghton and Hon. Annabella Hungerford Crewe, on 20 June 1882.1 He died on 6 February 1912 at age 56, without issue.2
     He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Suffolk.2 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)2 He gained the rank of Major-General in the 1st London Division, Territorial Forces.2

     Harry Frederick Comfort Crookshank, 1st and last Viscount Crookshank was born on 27 May 1893.1 He was the son of Harry Maule Crookshank and Emma Comfort.1 He died on 17 October 1961 at age 68.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Hampshire Regiment.1 He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1918, where he was wounded twice.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Grenadier Guardst.1 He was awarded the Order of the White Eagle of Serbia.1 He was awarded the Gold Medal for Valour Serbian.1 He was with the Diplomatic Service in 1919.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Parts of Lindsey, Gainsborough between 1924 and 1956.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1939.1 He held the office of Postmaster-General between 1943 and 1945.1 He held the office of Minister of Health between 1951 and 1952.1 He held the office of Leader of the House of Commons between 1951 and 1952.1 He held the office of Lord Privy Seal between 1952 and 1955.1 He was appointed Companion of Honour (C.H.) in 1955.1 He was created 1st Viscount Crookshank, of Gainsborough, co. Lincoln [U.K.] on 13 January 1956.1
