Michael Claude Hamilton Bowes-Lyon, son of Claude George Bowes-Lyon, 14th Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne and Nina Cecilie Cavendish-Bentinck, on 2 February 1928.1 She died on 19 January 1959 at age 59.1
     Her married name became Bowes-Lyon. She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1945.1

     Michael Fergus Bowes-Lyon, 18th Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne was born on 7 June 1957.3 He was the son of Fergus Michael Claude Bowes-Lyon, 17th Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne and Mary Pamela McCorquodale.1 He married, firstly, Isobel Charlotte Weatherall, daughter of Captain Anthony Edward Weatherall and Amelia Sophie Keswick, on 14 November 1984.3 He and Isobel Charlotte Weatherall were divorced in 2005.4 He married, secondly, Damaris Stuart-William in November 2005.5 He and Damaris Stuart-William were divorced circa 2008.6 He married, thirdly, Karen Heather Orrock, daughter of William Orrock and Heather Duncan, on 4 August 2012 at Glamis, Angus, Scotland.6 He died on 27 February 2016 at age 58.4

     George Bowes was born on 21 August 1701 at Streatham Castle, County Durham, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Sir William Bowes and Elizabeth Blakiston.2 He married, firstly, Eleanor Verney, daughter of Thomas Verney and Lady Eleanor Leigh, on 1 October 1724.3 He married, secondly, Mary Gilbert, daughter of Edward Gilbert, in June 1743.1 He died on 17 September 1760 at age 59 at Gibside, County Durham, England.1,3 He was buried on 26 September 1760 at Whickham Parish Church, Whickham, County Durham, England.1

     Hon. Harriet Lydia Montagu was born on 23 July 1829.1 She was the daughter of General Henry Montagu, 6th Baron Rokeby and Magdalen Hurley. She married Lionel Seymour William Dawson-Damer, 4th Earl of Portarlington, son of Colonel Rt. Hon. George Lionel Dawson-Damer and Mary Georgiana Emma Seymour, on 19 April 1855.1 She died on 23 November 1894 at age 65.1
     Her married name became Dawson-Damer. After her marriage, Hon. Harriet Lydia Montagu was styled as Countess of Portarlington on 1 March 1889.
