     Catherine Falkiner was born circa 1790 at Carlow, County Carlow, IrelandG.2 She was the daughter of Reverend John Falkiner and Mary Galbraith.3 She married William Martin in August 1798.1

     Frances Galbraith was born circa 1761 at Old Derrig, Carlow, County Carlow, IrelandG.1 She was the daughter of Samuel Galbraith and Frances Fisher.1 She married, firstly, Dudley Fitzgerald in July 1780.1 She married, secondly, Thomas Eames on 17 October 1789 at Stradbally, County Laois, IrelandG.1
     From July 1780, her married name became Fitzgerald.1 From 17 October 1789, her married name became Eames.1

     He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)1
