     Annie Blanch Nepean was the daughter of St. Vincent Nepean and Anne Julia Blanch.2 She married Sir Hugh Byard Clayton, son of R. B. B. Clayton, on 6 November 1915.1 She died on 28 July 1968.1
     From 6 November 1915, her married name became Clayton. She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1946.1

     Sir Hugh Byard Clayton was the son of R. B. B. Clayton.2 He married Annie Blanch Nepean, daughter of St. Vincent Nepean and Anne Julia Blanch, on 6 November 1915.1 He died on 27 September 1947.1
     He was chairman of the Public Services Commission of Bombay and Sind.1 He was awarded the Kaisar-i-Hind Gold Medal.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Indian Empire (C.I.E.)1 He was in the Indian Civil Service.1
