     Humphrey John Patrick Chetwynd-Talbot was born on 11 January 1930.1 He was the son of Major Patrick Gilbert Murray Chetwynd-Talbot and Audrey Guthe.1 He married Anne Jukes-Hughes, daughter of Captain Edward Glyn de Styrap Jukes-Hughes and Dorothy Noel Turner, on 11 April 1953.1 He died on 2 August 2022 at age 92.2
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.1 He graduated from University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1952 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1958 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He lived in 2003 at The Three Horseshoes, 31 Staploe, St. Neots, Cambridgeshire, England.1
