     General Hon. Edward Bourke was born after 1687. He was the son of John Bourke, 9th Earl of Clanricarde and Mary Talbot.1 He died on 7 March 1743 at Campo SantoG, from wounds recevied in action.1
     He gained the rank of General in the Spanish Army.1 He fought in the Battle of Campo Santo on 7 March 1743.1

     He gained the rank of officer in the French Army.1 He fought in the Battle of Fontenoy on 11 May 1745.1
