From 13 February 1711, her married name became Berkeley. After her marriage, Lady Louisa Lennox was styled as Countess of Berkeley on 13 February 1711. She held the office of Lady of the Bechamber on 30 October 1714, to Caroline, Princess of Wales.1
Swift described her at her wedding "the chit is but 17 and is ill-natured, covetous, vicious and proud in extremes."1

Westmeath [Ireland] on 19 January 1767.3 He was created 1st Viscount Clare [Ireland] on 19 January 1767.3 He was created 1st Earl Nugent [Ireland] on 27 June 1776, with special remainder to George Grenville Nugent.3 On his death, his barony and viscountancy became extinct.3
