Sir Arthur Chichester, 7th Bt. was born on 25 April 1790.1 He was the son of John Chichester and Elizabeth Cory.2 He married Charlotte Hamlyn-Williams, daughter of Sir James Hamlyn-Williams, 2nd Bt. and Diana Anne Whitaker, on 8 September 1819 at Clovelly, Devon, EnglandG.3 He died on 30 May 1842 at age 52 at Youlston, Devon, EnglandG.3 He was buried on 6 June 1842 at Sherwell, Devon, EnglandG.3 His will was proven (by probate) in August 1842.3
He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Chichester, of Raleigh, co. Devon [E., 1641] on 30 September 1808.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Devon between 1816 and 1817.1 He lived at Youlston, Devon, EnglandG.1
