     Maida Cecil Evans-Freke was born on 11 June 1897.1 She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Hon. Percy Cecil Evans-Freke and Eva Kirwan.2 She married Captain Edmund Michael Gordon Leventhorpe Boyle, son of Major Charles John Boyle and Lillian Kennedy Pochin, on 21 December 1927.1 She died on 14 October 1995 at age 98.1
     From 21 December 1927, her married name became Boyle.

     Captain Edmund Michael Gordon Leventhorpe Boyle was born on 12 November 1895.2 He was the son of Major Charles John Boyle and Lillian Kennedy Pochin.2 He married Maida Cecil Evans-Freke, daughter of Lt.-Col. Hon. Percy Cecil Evans-Freke and Eva Kirwan, on 21 December 1927.1 He died on 30 December 1982 at age 87.2,3
     He fought in the First World War.2 He fought in the Second World War.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.1

     Lt. Hon. Cecil Montague Evans-Freke was born on 3 September 1876.1 He was the son of William Charles Evans-Freke, 8th Baron Carbery and Lady Victoria Cecil.2 He died on 15 June 1900 at age 23, from wounds received at Bappisfontein, South Africa.1
     He fought in the Boer War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 16th Lancers.1

     Mary Toulmin was the daughter of Henry Joseph Toulmin and Emma Louisa Wroughton.2,3 She married, firstly, Algernon William George Evans-Freke, 9th Baron Carbery, son of William Charles Evans-Freke, 8th Baron Carbery and Lady Victoria Cecil, on 26 November 1890 at St. Margaret's Church, Westminster, London, EnglandG.3 She married, secondly, Arthur Wellesley Sandford, son of Rev. Canon William Sandford, on 22 February 1902 at All Saints', Branksome, Bournemouth, Hampshire, EnglandG.3 She died on 6 February 1949.1
     She wrote the book The Farm by Lough Gur.1 She wrote the book Happy World.1 From 26 November 1890, her married name became Evans-Freke.1 After her marriage, Mary Toulmin was styled as Baroness Carbery on 7 November 1894. From 22 February 1902, her married name became Sandford.1

     John Evans Carbery, 10th Baron Carbery was born on 20 May 1892.1 He was the son of Algernon William George Evans-Freke, 9th Baron Carbery and Mary Toulmin.2 He married, firstly, José Metcalf, daughter of Evelyn James Metcalf, on 7 July 1913 at Paddington Parish Church, Paddington, London, EnglandG.3 He and José Metcalf were divorced on 12 December 1919 at Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG.3 He married, secondly, Maiä Ivy Anderson, daughter of Alfred Anderson, in 1922.1 He married, thirdly, June Weir Moseley, daughter of Pierson John Moseley and Gwendoline Maude Weir Elliot, on 9 July 1930.1,4 He died on 25 December 1970 at age 78, without male issue.3
     He was given the name of John Evans Evans-Freke at birth.1 He succeeded as the 10th Baron Carbery, of Carbery, co. Cork [I., 1715] on 12 June 1898.1 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Evans-Freke, of Castle Freke, co. Cork [I., 1768] on 12 June 1898.1 He gained the rank of Temporary Flying Sub-Lieutenant in the Royal Naval Air Service.1 On 23 November 1921 his name was legally changed to John Evans Carbery by Deed Poll.1
