Anna Maria Walters was born on 2 March 1866.2 She was the daughter of Reverend Thomas Walters and Sarah Frances Knowles.1,2 She married Percy Sholto Douglas, 10th Marquess of Queensberry, son of John Sholto Douglas, 9th Marquess of Queensberry and Sibyl Montgomery, on 11 September 1893.1 She died on 25 April 1917 at age 51.1
