Lady Beryl Franziska Kathleen Bianca Le Poer Trench was born on 8 October 1893.1 She was the daughter of William Frederick Le Poer Trench, 5th Earl of Clancarty and Maude Penrice Bilton.1 She married, firstly, Captain Hon. Richard Philip Stanhope, son of Arthur Philip Stanhope, 6th Earl Stanhope and Evelyn Henrietta Pennefather, on 18 May 1914.1 She married, secondly, Lt.-Cdr. Walter Raleigh Gilbert, son of Reverend Walter Raleigh Gilbert and Rachel Mary Shubrick, on 5 July 1917.1 She and Lt.-Cdr. Walter Raleigh Gilbert were divorced in 1927.1 She married, thirdly, Francis Edward Selby Groves, son of Herbert John Groves, on 2 December 1931.1 She died on 17 May 1957 at age 63.1
