Commander Frank Charles Robert Romer Younghusband was born on 6 February 1894.2 He was the son of Captain Frank Campbell Younghusband and Florence Forsyth Purvis.2,3 He married Rita Violet Pauling, daughter of Henry Richard Clarke Pauling and Marguerite López Guibara, on 31 December 1919 at St. michael's Church, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, Wales.3 He died on 11 November 1973 at age 79 at Gloucester Hospital, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England.3
He lived at Oakhill Lodge, Isle of Man.1 He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.1
