     Commander Frank Charles Robert Romer Younghusband was born on 6 February 1894.² He was the son of Captain Frank Campbell Younghusband and Florence Forsyth Purvis.^2,3 He married Rita Violet Pauling, daughter of Henry Richard Clarke Pauling and Marguerite López Guibara, on 31 December 1919 at St. michael's Church, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, Wales.³ He died on 11 November 1973 at age 79 at Gloucester Hospital, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England.³
