     Elizabeth Turpin was the daughter of George Turpin.1 She married Sir John Pretyman, 1st Bt., son of Sir John Pretyman and Mary Bourchier.2 She died in March 1663.2
     Her married name became Pretyman.2

     Sir Thomas Burton, 3rd Bt. was born on 4 July 1657 at Stockerston, Leicestershire, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Burton, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Pretyman.1 He married Anne Clutterbuck, daughter of Sir Thomas Clutterbuck and Martha Swanley, circa 26 June 1680.1 He died circa November 1705 at Newark, Nottinghamshire, EnglandG.1 He was buried on 14 November 1705 at Newark, Nottinghamshire, EnglandG.1 His will was proven (by probate) in December 1705.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Burton, of Stockerston, co. Leicester [E., 1622] on 3 April 1659.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Leicestershire from 1682 to 1683.1 Circa 1690 he sold the estate of Stockerston to Sir Charles Duncombe.1

     Anne Clutterbuck was born circa 1659.1 She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Clutterbuck and Martha Swanley.1 She married Sir Thomas Burton, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Thomas Burton, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Pretyman, circa 26 June 1680.1 She died circa April 1720.1 She was buried on 7 April 1720 at Newark, Nottinghamshire, EnglandG.1
     From circa 26 June 1680, her married name became Burton.1

Sir Charles Burton, 4th Bt.1

     Sir Charles Burton, 4th Bt. was born before 1688.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Burton, 3rd Bt. and Anne Clutterbuck.1 He married Mary Reynolds on 4 August 1720 at St. Andrew's Church, Holborn, London, EnglandG.1 He died, without issue.1
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Burton, of Stockerston, co. Leicester [E., 1622] in November 1705.1 In 1710 he was a prisoner for debt.1 On 12 September 1722 he was convicted for stealing and sentenced to transportation.1
     Assuming his two brothers died with issue, his baronetcy became extinct on his death.1
