     P/O Charles Henry Heber-Percy was born on 18 August 1914.1 He was the son of Neville Henry Heber-Percy and Violet Colthurst.1 He died on 22 January 1938 at age 23, as a result of a flying accident.1
     He gained the rank of Pilot Officer in the Royal Air Force.1

     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.2 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Air Force.1 He was awarded the Chevalier, Ordre national de la Légion d'honneur.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1918.2 He was awarded the Croix de Guerre.2 He was Senior Assistant Staff Directorate, Civil Aviation Air Ministry between 1919 and 1939.1 He was Director of the Special Intelligence Branch of the Ministry of Home Security between 1939 and 1948.1 He was with the Ministry of Defence between 1948 and 1951.1

     Reverend Henry Montagu Villiers was born on 13 November 1837.1 He was the son of Rt. Rev. Hon. Henry Montagu Villiers and Amelia Maria Hulton.1,2 He married, secondly, Charlotte Louisa Emily Cadogan, daughter of Hon. Frederick William Cadogan and Lady Adelaide Paget, on 9 January 1883.2 He married, firstly, Lady Victoria Russell, daughter of John Russell, 1st Earl Russell and Adelaide Lister, on 16 April 1861.1 He died on 9 September 1908 at age 70 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.3
     He was the Vicar at St. Paul's Church, Knightsbridge, London, EnglandG.2 He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He held the office of Prebendary of St. Paul's Cathedral.2
