     Sir William Brownlow, 4th Bt. was born on 5 November 1665.2 He was the son of Sir Richard Brownlow, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Freke. He was baptised on 10 November 1665 at Rippingale, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.3 He married, firstly, Dorothy Mason, daughter of Sir Richard Mason and Anne Margaret Long.2 He married, secondly, Henrietta (?)2 He died on 6 March 1700/1 at age 35 at St. Martins in the Fields, London, EnglandG.3 He died intestate and his estate was administered on 20 March 1700/1.3 He died intestate and his estate was administered on 16 September 1714.3
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Peterborough between 1689 and 1698.2 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Brownlow, of Humby, co. Lincoln [E., 1641] on 16 July 1697.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Bishop's Castle between 1698 and 1700.2

     Anne Brownlow was born circa 1685 at Grantham, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.3 She was the daughter of Sir William Brownlow, 4th Bt. and Dorothy Mason.1,4 She married Sir Richard Cust, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Pury Cust and Ursula Woodcock, in 1717.1 She died on 29 December 1779 at Grantham, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.4 She was buried on 11 January 1780 at St. George's Church, Stamford, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.4 Her will was proven (by probate) in March 1780.4
     From 1717, her married name became Cust.

He was a merchant at London, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Bishop's Castle in 1761.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Shoreham in 1768.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Grantham in 1774.1

     He was Canon of Christ Church, Oxford in 1765.1 He was Chaplain of the House of Commons.1 He held the office of Dean of Lincoln.1 He held the office of Dean of Rochester in 1779.1
