Sir Dominick Browne1

     Sir Dominick Browne was the son of Geoffrey Browne and Mary McMorrishe.2,3 He married Anastacia Darcy, daughter of James Darcy.2 He died in 1656.2
     He lived at Castle Margaret, County Mayo, IrelandG.1 He lived at Carra Browne, County Galway, IrelandG.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Anthony in 1634.2 He held the office of Mayor of Galway from 1634 to 1635.3 He was appointed Knight in 1635.2 In 1654 much of his land was confiscated following Cromwell's incursion into Ireland.2

George Browne1

     George Browne was the son of John Browne and Mary Browne.1 He married Alicia Bingham, daughter of Sir Henry Bingham, 1st Bt. and Catherine Byrne.1 He died in May 1698.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Browne, of the Neale, near Ballinrobe, co. Mayo [N.S., 1636] in 1670, although he did not assume the title.1 In November 1684 he was regranted The Neale and other lands in County Mayo which had belonged to his father.2 He held the office of Sheriff of County Mayo in 1690.1

     Juliana Bellew was the daughter of Sir Patrick Bellew, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Barnewall.1 She married John Browne, son of George Browne and Alicia Bingham, after 1680.1 She died between 15 November 1728 and 10 May 1729.1 Her will was proven (by probate) on 10 May 1729.1
     From after 1680, her married name became Browne.1 Her last will was dated 15 November 1728.

George Browne1

     George Browne was the son of John Browne and Juliana Bellew.1 He married Bridget Bermingham, daughter of Edward Bermingham, 13th Lord Athenry and Bridget Browne, in 1709.1 He died on 8 May 1737 at the Neale, Ballinrobe, County Mayo, IrelandG, without issue.1 His will was proven (by probate) on 4 March 1737/38.1
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Browne, of the Neale, near Ballinrobe, co. Mayo [N.S., 1636] circa 1712, although he did not assume the title.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Castlebar [Ireland] from 1713 to 1714.1 His last will was dated 6 April 1737.
