Charles Baring and Caroline Kemp.1 He married, firstly, Margaret Anne Borthwick Duncan, daughter of Reverend William Wallace Duncan, on 21 July 1881.1 He married, secondly, Amy Stamper, daughter of Reverend John Alexander Stamper, on 27 July 1886.1 He died on 22 September 1914 at age 65.1
     He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was the Rector at Eggesford, Devon, EnglandG.1

     Margaret Anne Borthwick Duncan was the daughter of Reverend William Wallace Duncan.1 She married, firstly, William Elmslie before 1881.1 She married, secondly, Reverend Francis Henry Baring, son of Rt. Rev. Charles Baring and Caroline Kemp, on 21 July 1881.1 She died on 28 July 1882, without issue.1
     From before 1881, her married name became Elmslie.1 From 21 July 1881, her married name became Baring.1
