Sir Charles Pye, 2nd Bt. was born in 1660.1 He was the son of Sir John Pye, 1st Bt. and Rebecca Rainton.1 He married, firstly, Ann Stevens, daughter of Richard Stevens.1 He married Philippa Hobart, daughter of Sir John Hobart, 3rd Bt. and Mary Hampden, circa 28 April 1680.2 He died in 1721.1
He gained the title of 2nd Baronet Pye, of Howe, Derbyshire.

Sir John Hobart, 3rd Bt. was baptised on 20 March 1627/28 at Ditchingham, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Sir Miles Hobart and Frances Peyton.1 He married, firstly, Philippa Hobart, daughter of Sir John Hobart, 2nd Bt. and Lady Frances Egerton.2 He married, secondly, Mary Hampden, daughter of John Hampden and Elizabeth Simeon, in June 1656 at St. Gile's-in-the-Fields Church, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 22 August 1683 at age 55.1 He was buried on 30 August 1683 at Blickling, Norfolk, EnglandG.1 His will was proven (by probate) on 20 September 1683.1
He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Hobart, of Intwood, Norfolk [E., 1611] on 20 April 1647.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Norfolk from 1654 to 1655.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Norfolk between 1656 and 1658.1 His last will was dated 18 February 1662.
