Hon. Philip Henry Abbot was born on 10 June 1802.1 He was the son of Charles Abbot, 1st Baron Colchester of Colchester and Elizabeth Gibbes.1 He married Frances Cecil Talbot, daughter of Very Rev. Charles Talbot and Lady Elizabeth Somerset, on 31 December 1829.1 He died on 8 January 1835 at age 32.2
