Hon. Nina Maria Hood was the daughter of General Alexander Hood, 1st Viscount Bridport of Cricket St. Thomas and Lady Mary Penelope Hill.1 She married Lt.-Col. George Arthur Ferguson, 6th of Pitfour, son of Admiral George Ferguson, 5th of Pitfour and Hon. Elizabeth Jane Rowley, on 7 February 1861.1 She died on 5 June 1923, without issue.1
