     John Gostwick was born in 1537.2 He was the son of Edmund Gostwick and Anne Hardin.2 He married Elizabeth Petre, daughter of Sir William Petre and Gertrude Tyrrell, before 1565.3 He died before 1582.3
     He lived at Willington, Derbyshire, England.4

     Elizabeth Petre was the daughter of Sir William Petre and Gertrude Tyrrell.1,2 She married, firstly, John Gostwick, son of Edmund Gostwick and Anne Hardin, before 1565.3 She married, secondly, Edward Radcliffe, 6th Earl of Sussex, son of Sir Humphrey Radcliffe and Isabel Harvey, from 28 February 1581/82 to 16 August 1583.4
     From before 1565, her married name became Gostwick.3 From from 28 February 1581/82 to 16 August 1583, her married name became Radcliffe.

     Sir William Petre was born in 1500.3 He was the son of John Petre and Alice Colling.3 He married, firstly, Gertrude Tyrrell, daughter of Sir John Tyrrell and Anne Norris, in 1533.4,5 He married, secondly, Anne Browne, daughter of William Browne and Lora Rochester, before 1543.5 He died on 15 January 1572.3
     He held the office of Secretary of State between 1543 and 1566.5 He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D.)5 He lived at Ingatestone, Essex, EnglandG.1

     Sir Edward Gostwick, 2nd Bt. was born in 1588.1 He was the son of Sir William Gostwick, 1st Bt. and Jane Owen.1 He married Anne Wentworth, daughter of John Wentworth and Cicely Unton, on 2 April 1608 at Gosfield, Essex, EnglandG, in a clandestine marriage.1 He died on 20 September 1630.1 He was buried at Willington, Bedfordshire, EnglandG.1
     He was appointed Knight on 3 May 1607 at Whitehall, London, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Gostwick, of Willington, co. Bedford [E., 1611] on 19 September 1615.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Bedfordshire in 1626/27.1

     Anne Wentworth was born circa 1591.1 She was the daughter of John Wentworth and Cicely Unton.1 She married Sir Edward Gostwick, 2nd Bt., son of Sir William Gostwick, 1st Bt. and Jane Owen, on 2 April 1608 at Gosfield, Essex, EnglandG, in a clandestine marriage.1 She died on 6 July 1633.1 Her will (dated 15 May 1633) was proven (by probate) on 8 July 1633.1 She was buried at Willington, Bedfordshire, EnglandG.1
     From 2 April 1608, her married name became Gostwick.1

     Sir Thomas Gardner Horridge was born on 12 October 1857 at Great Lever, Lancashire, England.1 He married Evelyn Emma Sandys, daughter of Melvill William Sandys and Emma Marshall Cardew, on 17 September 1901 at St. Kew, Bodmin, Cornwall, England.1 He died on 25 July 1938 at age 80 at Hove, Sussex, England.1
     He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1884.1 He was appointed King's Counsel (K.C.) in 1901.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for the East Division, manchester between 1906 and January 1910.1 He held the office of Judge of the High Court of Justice, King's Bench Division in 1910.1 He was appointed Knight in 1910.1 He held the office of Judge in Bankruptcy in 1913.1

     Cicely Unton was born circa 1561.2 She was the daughter of Sir Edward Unton and Lady Anne Seymour.1,2 She married, secondly, Sir Edward Hoby, son of Sir Thomas Hoby and Elizabeth Cooke.2 She married, firstly, John Wentworth in 1580.2 She died in 1618.2
     Her married name became Hoby.2 From 1580, her married name became Wentworth.2

     Robert Cunningham Cunninghame Graham, 8th of Gartmore was born on 14 September 1799.1 He was the son of William Cunningham Cunninghame Graham, 7th of Gartmore and 16th of Ardoch and Anne Dickson.1,2 He was baptised on 15 September 1799 at Menteith, Perthshire, Scotland.2 He married Frances Laura Spiers, daughter of Archibald Spiers, 2nd of Elderslie and Hon. Margaret Dundas, on 1 July 1824 at Renfrew, Renfrewshire, Scotland.2 He died on 23 January 1863 at age 63 at Leamington, Warwickshire, England.1
     He was also known as Robert Cunningham Bontine Cunninghame Graham.2
