Harriet Emily Hardinge Best Bosanquet was born on 23 April 1867.1 She was the daughter of James Whatman Bosanquet and Emily Dorothy Best.1 She married Reverend Charles Edmund Waller Best-Dalison, son of Maximilian Hammond Dalison and Matilda Alexander, on 12 April 1899.1 She died on 20 January 1955 at age 87.1
From 12 April 1899, her married name became Best-Dalison.1 In 1906 she inherited Park House from her uncle, Mawdislty Gaussen Best.1 She was awarded the Médaille de la Reine Elisabeth of Belgium.1 She lived in 1954 at Park House, Boxley, Kent, EnglandG.1
