     Sir Herbert Geraint Williams, 1st Bt. was born on 2 December 1884.2 He was the son of Thomas Williams and Mary Anne (?)2 He married Dorothy Frances Jones, daughter of Barton Jones, on 29 January 1916.2 He died on 25 July 1954 at age 69.2
     He was educated at Horton Grammar School, Cheshire, England.2 He graduated from Liverpool University, Liverpool, Lancashire, England, in 1906 with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.)2 He graduated from Liverpool University, Liverpool, Lancashire, England, in 1907 with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)2 He graduated from Liverpool University, Liverpool, Lancashire, England, in 1908 with a Master of Science (M.Sc.)2 He graduated from Liverpool University, Liverpool, Lancashire, England, in 1911 with a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.)2 He was a marine and electrical engineer.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for Reading between 1924 and 1929.1,2 He was Parliamentary Secretary of the Board of Trade between 1928 and 1929.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for South Croydon between 1932 and 1945.2 He held the office of Member of the London City Council between 1940 and 1944.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for East Croydon between 1950 and 1954.2 He was created 1st Baronet Williams, of Cilgeraint, co. Caernarvon [U.K.] on 3 July 1953.3

     Sir Ian John Auld Mactaggart, 3rd Bt. was born on 19 April 1923.2 He was the son of Sir John Auld Mactaggart, 2nd Bt. and Betty Thomson.3 He married Rosemary Williams, daughter of Sir Herbert Geraint Williams, 1st Bt. and Dorothy Frances Jones, on 18 June 1946.2 He and Rosemary Williams were divorced in 1969.2 He died on 27 January 1987 at age 63.2
     Sir Ian John Auld Mactaggart, 3rd Bt. usually went by his middle name of John.3 He was educated at Oundle School, Northamptonshire, England.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1942 in the Royal Engineers.2 He fought in the Second World War between 1942 and 1945, in India and Burma.2 He was educated at Clare College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.2 He was Member of the London County Council between 1949 and 1952.2 He was managing director of Western Heritable Investment Company.2 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Mactaggart, of King's Park, City of Glasgow [U.K., 1938] on 8 April 1960.3

     Malgorzata Maria Hruzik-Mazurkiewicz is the daughter of Tadeusz Pobog Hruzik-Mazurkiewicz.1 She married Robert Anthony Carmichael Hamilton, 13th Lord Belhaven and Stenton, son of Robert Alexander Benjamin Hamilton, 12th Lord Belhaven and Stenton and Heather Mildred Carmichael Bell, in 1986.1
     After her marriage, Malgorzata Maria Hruzik-Mazurkiewicz was styled as Baroness Belhaven and Stenton in 1986. From 1986, her married name became Hamilton.1
