Admiral Sir William Beauchamp-Proctor, 3rd Bt.1

     Admiral Sir William Beauchamp-Proctor, 3rd Bt. was born on 14 October 1781 at Langley Park, Norfolk, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Beauchamp-Proctor, 2nd Bt. and Mary Palmer.1 He married Anne Gregory, daughter of Thomas Gregory and Julian Elizabeth Brograve, on 20 May 1812.1 He died on 14 March 1861 at age 79 at Langley Park, Norfolk, EnglandG.1
     He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Navy.1 He fought in the bombardment of Havre in 1804.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Beauchamp-Proctor, of Langley Park, co. Norfolk [G.B., 1745] on 29 June 1827.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Norfolk between 1833 and 1834.1 He gained the rank of Vice-Admiral of the Red on 2 September 1850.1 He gained the rank of Admiral in the Royal Navy.2

Anne Gregory1

     Anne Gregory was born in 1792.2 She was the daughter of Thomas Gregory and Julian Elizabeth Brograve.1,2 She married Admiral Sir William Beauchamp-Proctor, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Thomas Beauchamp-Proctor, 2nd Bt. and Mary Palmer, on 20 May 1812.1 She died on 6 February 1859 at Norfolk, EnglandG.2
     From 20 May 1812, her married name became Beauchamp-Proctor.1

     Thomas Gregory was born in 1754.2 He married Julian Elizabeth Brograve, daughter of Sir Berney Brograve, 1st Bt. and Jane Hawker, in January 1790 at Worstead, Norfolk, EnglandG. He died in 1826.2
     He lived at Springfield, Essex, England.3

     Anne Cave was the daughter of Cecil Cave.1 She married Sir William Tufton, 1st Bt., son of Sir John Tufton, 1st Bt. and Christian Browne, on 30 January 1620 at Greenwich, Kent, England.2 She died circa 31 March 1649.2 She was buried on 2 April 1649 at Foot's Cray, Kent, England.2
     From 30 January 1620, her married name became Tufton.2

     Sir Richard Beaumont, 1st and last Bt. was the son of Edward Beaumont and Elizabeth Ramsden.1 He died on 28 October 1631, unmarried.1
     He was appointed Knight on 23 July 1603 at Whitehall, London, EnglandG.1 He was commander of 200 train-band soldiers in 1613.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Pontefract between 1625 and 28 May 1625.1 He was created 1st Baronet Beaumont, of Whitley, co. York [England] on 15 August 1628.1
     On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.1
