Sir Gilbert Dolben, 1st Bt. was born circa 1658.2 He was the son of Most Rev. John Dolben and Catherine Sheldon.1,2 He married Anne Mulso, daughter of Tanfield Mulso, before 1683.2 He died on 22 October 1722.2
He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Ripon in 1685.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Peterborough between 1689 and 1698.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Peterborough between 1701 and 1710.2 He was created 1st Baronet Dolben, of Finedon [England] in 1704.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Yarmouth between 1710 and 1713.2

John Affleck was born on 12 February 1712.1,2 He was the son of Gilbert Affleck and Anna Dolben.1 He married Sarah Metcalfe, daughter of James Metcalfe and Mary Benson, on 31 July 1736 at Fordham, Cambridgeshire, England.3 He died on 5 March 1774 at age 62.1

Sir Gilbert Affleck, 2nd Bt. was born on 24 December 1740.1 He was the son of John Affleck and Sarah Metcalfe.1 He married Mary Clark, daughter of Thomas Clark, on 18 July 1796.1 He died on 17 July 1808 at age 67, without issue.1 His will was proven (by probate) on 7 October 1808.1
His last will was dated 28 January 1779. He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Affleck, of Dalham Hall, co. Suffolk [G.B., 1782] on 19 November 1788.1
