Embertus Casparus Marinus Ooms was born on 28 February 1833 at Rotterdam, The Netherlands.2 He was the son of Carolus Ooms and Elizabeth Veerman.2 He married Marie Elvina Thomas, daughter of François Thomas and Perrine Roselle, on 12 April 1856 at Port Louis, Mauritius.2 He married Marie Elvina Thomas, daughter of François Thomas and Perrine Roselle, on 6 December 1883 at Breda, The Netherlands, in a civil marriage.2 He died on 12 February 1886 at age 52 at Breda, The Netherlands.2

William Fitzalan, 9th/16th Earl of Arundel was born on 23 November 1417.2 He was the son of John d'Arundel, 6th/13th Earl of Arundel and Eleanor Berkeley.2 He married Lady Joan Neville, daughter of Richard de Neville, 5th Earl of Salisbury and Alice Montagu, Countess of Salisbury, after 17 August 1438.3 He died in 1487.2 He was buried at Arundel Castle, Arundel, Sussex, EnglandG.2 He died intestate and his estate was administered on 15 December 1487 at Lambeth, London, EnglandG.2
He was also known as William Mautravers.2 He succeeded as the 9th Earl of Arundel [E., 1289] on 3 December 1441.1 He succeeded as the 16th Earl of Arundel [E., c. 1138] on 3 December 1441.2 He succeeded as the 16th Earl of Surrey on 3 December 1441.
