Sir Peter Ball was born circa 1599.1 He died circa August 1680.1 He was buried on 4 September 1680 at Mamhead, Devon, EnglandG.1
He was appointed Knight on 7 October 1642 at Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He was created 1st Baronet Ball, of Mamhead, co. Devon [England] on 22 July 1672, however this creation appears to have never passed the Great Seal, and neither Peter nor his sons used the title.1 He lived at Mamhead, Devon, EnglandG.1
