     Alice Barnham was the daughter of Benedict Barnham and Dorothy Smith.¹ She married, firstly, Francis Bacon, 1st and last Viscount Saint Alban, son of Sir Nicholas Bacon and Anne Cooke, on 10 May 1606 at Marylebone Chapel, Marylebone, London, England^G.¹ She married, secondly, Sir John Underhill on 20 April 1626 at St. Martin-in-the-Fields Church, Covent Garden, London, England^G.³ She died on 29 June 1650.³ She was buried at Eyworth, Bedfordshire, England^G.³
     From 10 May 1606, her married name became Bacon.¹ After her marriage, Alice Barnham was styled as Baroness of Verulam on 12 July 1618. After her marriage, Alice Barnham was styled as Viscountess Saint Alban on 27 January 1620/21. From 20 April 1626, her married name became Underhill.³ She lived at Eyworth, Bedfordshire, England^G.¹

     Mary Stoney is the daughter of George Stoney and Eliza Johnston.¹ She married Edward Lawrenson.¹

     Susan Henrietta Dinnis is the daughter of Raymond Dinnis and Una Knight.^1,2 She married Sir Nicholas Hickman Ponsonby Bacon, 14th and 15th Bt., son of Sir Edmund Castell Bacon, 13th and 14th Bt. and Priscilla Dora Ponsonby, in 1981.¹
