     Editha Ashburnham was born on 7 September 1878.1 She was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir Cromer Ashburnham and Urith Amelia Martin.1 She married Claud Willie Wemyss Carbery, son of William Edward Carbery, on 28 October 1913.1 She died on 20 May 1963 at age 84, without issue.1
     From 28 October 1913, her married name became Carbery.1

     From before 1921, her married name became Cheeseman.1 From 10 September 1921, her married name became Ashburnham.1
