Sir George Ayscough Armytage, 7th Bt. and Aimée Milborne-Swinnerton-Pilkington.1 He married Sylvia Beatrice Staveley, daughter of Lt.-Col. Charles Russell Staveley and Mabel Bulteel, on 27 October 1928.1 He died on 9 November 1984 at age 81.1,2
     He was awarded the Albert Medal (A.M.) in 1928.1 He gained the rank of Rear-Admiral in the Royal Navy.1 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1959.1
