Hon. Mary Harbord1

     Hon. Mary Harbord was born on 11 November 1762.1 She was the daughter of Harbord Harbord, 1st Baron Suffield and Mary Assheton.1 She married Sir George Armytage, 4th Bt., son of Sir George Armytage, 3rd Bt. and Anna Maria Wentworth, on 12 August 1783 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1 She died on 13 August 1790 at age 27 at Kirklees, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1 She was buried on 24 August 1790 at Hartshead, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1
     From 12 August 1783, her married name became Armytage.1

     Mary Assheton was born on 26 November 1741 at Middleton, Lancashire, EnglandG.2 She was the daughter of Sir Ralph Assheton, 3rd Bt. and Eleanor Copley.1,3 She married Harbord Harbord, 1st Baron Suffield, son of Sir William Harbord, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Britiffe, on 7 October 1760 at Middleton, Lancashire, EnglandG.2 She died on 1 June 1823 at age 81 at Richmond, London, EnglandG.2
     From 7 October 1760, her married name became Harbord.1 In 1765 she inherited the estate of Middleton.3 After her marriage, Mary Assheton was styled as Baroness Suffield on 21 August 1786.

     Mary Bowles was born circa 1772 at North Aston, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.2 She was the daughter of Oldfield Bowles and Mary Elton.1 She married Sir George Armytage, 4th Bt., son of Sir George Armytage, 3rd Bt. and Anna Maria Wentworth, on 6 December 1791 at North Oston, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 She died on 25 July 1834.1 She was buried on 30 July 1834 at Hartshead, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1
     From 6 December 1791, her married name became Armytage.1

     Oldfield Bowles was born in 1739.2 He was the son of Charles Bowles and Jane Clarke. He married Mary Elton, daughter of Sir Abraham Isaac Elton, 4th Bt. and Elizabeth Read, on 29 October 1770.3 He died in 1810.2
     He lived at North Aston, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.3

     Mary Elton was born in 1749.3 She is the daughter of Sir Abraham Isaac Elton, 4th Bt. and Elizabeth Read.1,4 She married Oldfield Bowles, son of Charles Bowles and Jane Clarke, on 29 October 1770.4
     From 29 October 1770, her married name became Bowles.4

     Sir Abraham Isaac Elton, 4th Bt. was born in 1717.3 He was the son of Sir Abraham Elton, 2nd Bt. and Abigail Bayly.4 He married Elizabeth Read, daughter of James Read, on 26 December 1747.3 He died on 5 February 1790.3
     He was a practising barrister.3 He was Master Merchant Venturers.3 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Elton, of Bristol [G.B., 1717] on 29 November 1761.1 He was Town Clerk of Bristol.3 He was Chairman of Somerset Quarter Sessions.3

     John Armytage was born on 7 October 1792.1,2 He was the son of Sir George Armytage, 4th Bt. and Mary Bowles.1 He married Mary Assheton, daughter of William Assheton, on 2 October 1818.2 He died on 24 May 1836 at age 43 at Heath Hall, Wakefield, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1

     William Assheton was born on 19 June 1758.2 He was the son of Ralph Assheton and Rebecca Hulls.2,3 He married Lettice Brooke, daughter of Sir Richard Brooke, 4th Bt. and Frances Patten, on 20 November 1786.2 He died on 29 January 1833 at age 74.2
     He held the office of High Sheriff of Lancashire in 1792.2 He lived at Cuerdale, Lancashire, EnglandG.1 He lived at Downham Hall, Clitheroe, Lancashire, EnglandG.1
